tingは、オーガニックの竹など、人と地球に優しい自然素材を使用したライフスタイルブランドです。使う方が自然素材と共に生きることで、穏やかで平和な世界を実現したいという想いから始まりました。
現在は、コペンハーゲン・ハワイ・沖縄・ホーチミンを拠点に、サステナブルなビジネススタイルで、グローバルながらスモールチームでお届けしています。
家具のメインデザイナーはデンマーク出身で、長らくベトナムに住み込み、世界中の竹を研究し尽くしたプロフェッショナル。ヨーロッパやオーストラリアで約15年前からバンブー家具を取り扱い、ラグジュアリーホテルをはじめ、一流の皆さまに愛されています。東洋の素材と西洋のデザインの組み合わせは、モダンながら優しさに溢れるtingならではのこだわりです。
ブランド名は、うちなーぐちと呼ばれる日本の沖縄県の言葉「天（てぃん/ ting）」から名付けました。"空"を意味し、優しくて広い空がどこまでも繋がって、世界はひとつであることを忘れないようにという想いを込めています。
tingでは、自社生産アイテムだけでなく、友人たちのアイテムもお取り扱い予定です。どうぞお楽しみに。
Ting is a sustainable lifestyle brand that uses plant-based materials friendly to both people and the planet. This brand was created with our dream to achieve a peaceful world through living in harmony with natural materials.
We specialize in organic bamboo sourced from Asia -Pacific, cherished for their natural qualities. Our main furniture designer is a professional from Denmark. She lived in Vietnam over 15 years where she sourced the best bamboo for making furniture. Her story epitomizes our blend of Eastern materials with Western modern design.
Our brand name "Ting" is inspired by “天”, which means "sky" in Uchina-guchi, the local language of Okinawa, Japan. Ting was chosen to convey that wherever we are in the world, we are all connected by the sky.
At Ting, we not only offer our own creations but also feature select items from trusted partners who share our values and tropical bliss.
